And the Winner of the IRC Double Handed National Champs is.......With Alacrity!

Chris and Vanessa Choules have continued their winning streak finishing first in the Spinlock IRC Double Handed National Championships hosted by the Royal Southampton YC over the weekend. The mixed fleet competed in 3 races, a short windward leeward and a longer round the cans on Saturday and a longer race on Sunday. A second and two fourths was enough for WA to clinch the championship by one point. Vanessa said "I'm shattered, it was a great weekend but a shame not more Sigma 38 were out." Marta also competed finishing 17th.
The Royal Southampton are already working on next year’s DH Championship and hope to make it an even bigger and better event. If they can attract a minimum of 6 Sigma 38’s they will be offering an additional trophy to the class winner.
