With Alacrity on Fire!

Not content with winning the exceptionally challenging 2014 RTIR With Alacrity cruised straight out to win every one of the 3 races in the David Thomas Regatta. Persephone was equally consistent finishing 2nd in every race. Great to see Yoda competing strongly with the form boats. Turnout was slightly disappointing however a number of boats had issues following the RTI. Given the RTI pulls the largest attendance each year of Sigma 38s the extremely well run regatta David Thomas Regatta intention always was to give boats the opportunity to make a weekend of it and participate in some fun windward leewards. The historic Royal London Yacht Club are excellent hosts and round the day off with prize giving, including trophies specifically used for this event, and tea and cake. A lovely way to end a action packed weekend that finishes early enough for most boat to get to their home mooring.
